Bread boxes are very easy to make and it is almost a crime to consider buying one unless for some reason wood will not go in your kitchen. The box allows air to circulate around the bread so that it receives less moisture than it would in a sealed bag. Because i was making two i decided it would be best to use two different construction techniques.
